When was the last time you remember being really thankful for something? I’m not referring to an automated courteous reply “Thanks!” to someone kind who held a door open for you, I mean the type of thankfulness that gave you a genuine sense of appreciation, an internal smile or feeling of contentedness. If you can think back to something that gave you any of those emotions inside, can you recall what impact it had on you in that moment? Maybe you were very happy or perhaps you felt at ease or in peace. In the hours that followed as you navigated through the rest of your day, did you happen to notice whether things seemed to fall into place or even flow better? Is it possible that you carried that positive energy with you? Maybe so! Think about how amazing it would be if you could let your sense of curiosity lead you to harness that energy by purposefully recognizing things you’re truly appreciative of, thereby placing you in a higher vibrational state of being, and in return, delight in the intentional experience of the power of gratitude . ♥ ♥ ♥
